THE stars of Mean Girls have stunned fans by reuniting for a new ad, but fans couldn't help but notice one major missing element.

Lindsay Lohan, 37, reunited with Amanda Seyfried, 37, and Lacey Chabert, 41, to reprise their roles, but there was one major flaw in the nearly perfect reunion.

In the ad, Walmart reunited with the cast of Mean Girls to create an ad advertising their deals.

In a post shared on TikTok, Lindsay captioned the video: "Get in, besties. We’re going shopping. #BlackFridayDeals go live next week. #BlackFriday #Sponsored."

Opening the clip, Lindsay narrated over the present-day fictional North Shore High School, showing that there was a new group of "Plastics" running the campus.

Lacey, as Gretchen, the mom of one of the popular girls, shouted: "Get in, sweetie, we're going deal shopping!" as she held up her phone to show off Walmart's Black Friday deals.

Amanda, as Karen, was then revealed to have continued with her career as a weather reporter.

After this, Rajiv Surendra reprised his role as Kevin G, now an adoring dad with his Mathletes jersey still on display in his home.

Lindsay was shown to be the school's guidance counselor, with Daniel Franzese coming back as Damian to help with the school's talent show.

However, while excitement came as soon as the cast was spotted filming the ad, fans felt slightly let down by one major element.

Despite the fact that most of the key cast had signed up for the new venture, one of Lindsay's co-stars seemingly opted not to take part.

WHERE IS SHE?

Although fans loved the ad, the comment section was swamped with people asking why Rachel McAdams, 44, who played Queen Bee Regina George, wasn't present.

One person exclaimed: "I want this to be their movie and with the OG mean girl Regina George!"

Another said: "I love it but WHERE’S THE QUEEN ???"

A third added: "It’s not the same without Rachel McAdams and Lizzy Kaplan!"

Fans also took the conversation two X, formerly known as Twitter, where one asked: "Rachel McAdams was too good to answer her phone??????"

"Rachel McAdams returned as Regina George when she said 'No' to a Walmart ad," joked a second.

FROM MEAN GIRL TO MAMA

Lindsay has been praised for her "realness" after showing off her body just weeks after giving birth.

The actress and her husband Bader Shammas, 37, welcomed their baby boy into the world in July.

Soon after the birth, the Freaky Friday actress took to her Instagram page to post a snap celebrating her new figure.

Lindsay posed in a light blue crop top paired with grey shorts and went make-up-free while her hair flowed over her left shoulder.

In her caption, Lindsay wrote: "I am so proud of what this body was able to accomplish during these months of pregnancy and now, recovery.

"Having a baby is the greatest joy in the world! My OOTD lately is my @fridamom postpartum underwear."
